Shipping anywhere in Canada

We ship anywhere in Canada. We do not ship outside Canada at this time. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Shipping fees

Orders under $100: $14.95.
Orders of $100 or more (before taxes): free shipping.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Remote areas

Additional fees may apply for some remote areas. We will contact you before shipping; if you decline, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Processing and delivery times

Your order is prepared and shipped by Randmar, our authorized Canadian distributor, from its distribution centres, including in Laval (Quebec) and Edmonton (Alberta). Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during the holiday season.

Signature on delivery

A signature may be required on delivery for higher-value orders.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. It becomes available within 48 hours of shipping.

Orders in multiple packages

If your order contains several items, it may arrive in more than one package. You will then receive a tracking number for each package.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the expected date (or, if no date was given, of your order), you may cancel it and be refunded, as provided by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Products remain at our risk until delivery: a package lost or damaged in transit is replaced or refunded. Email us at info@distributionruby.ca with your order number and, if the package is damaged, photos.
