Returns and refunds

Return period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions

The item must be new, unused and in its original unopened packaging, with all accessories.

How to make a return

Email us at info@distributionruby.ca with your order number and the item to return.
We will reply with a return authorization number (RMA). Write this number on the package. Packages sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Ship the item well packed, with a tracking number.

Return address

Authorized returns are sent to our distributor's distribution centre: 290 rue Jacques, Laval, Quebec H7P 0N8. No package is accepted there without an RMA number.

Fees

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is at your expense. No fees apply to defective or damaged products or to errors on our part.

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, we refund you within 10 business days, to the payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or damaged item, or error on our part

Let us know within 14 days of receipt, with photos. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you: we send you a prepaid return label. If possible, also report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.
