OUR STORY
A local shop, authentic brands
Distribution Ruby is a registered business based in Gatineau, Quebec, offering office, school and art supplies from well-known brands, delivered across Canada.
WHO I AM
Hi, I'm José
My name is José Vincent. I founded Distribution Ruby with a simple idea: to offer people here authentic products, service in French and English, and the care you expect from a neighbourhood store, even online.
Why a store like this one? Because you can find everything online, but not always the certainty of buying an authentic product, or someone to talk to. I want to offer you both. Every product is carefully chosen, every order is followed up and every question gets a real answer.
WHY “RUBY”?
She gave the business its name
Ruby is our golden doodle. She doesn't pack the parcels, but she gave the business its name and reminds us of the spirit we want to keep: welcoming, loyal and unpretentious.
OUR COMMITMENTS
New and 100% authentic products.
Purchased from authorized distributors in Canada.
Service in French and English, with email replies within 1 to 2 business days.
Clear prices, with shipping and returns explained simply.
THE “RUBY APPROVED” BADGE
I know this one
This paw belongs to Ruby, who gave the business its name. Whenever I test a product, she always sticks her nose in… and gives her approval in her own way! 🐾 When you see this seal, it means I've had the product in hand and tested it myself. No brand pays to get it.
Thank you for your trust. Any questions? Write to us at info@distributionruby.ca.
